The LA is required to continue to co-ordinate both First Time Admissions and Secondary Transfers, which includes applications to Academies, using a common application form. For further details of the application process, policies and arrangements, oversubscription criteria and appeals code please read the policy below
Parents are very welcome to visit the school before their children are enrolled and find out more about us. Please do let the School Office know of your intention to visit so that someone can be available to show you round the school and answer any questions.
In the Summer Term, before your child attends this school there will be opportunities for parents to attend an 'Induction Evening' and for your child to attend an induction session with their new class teacher.

The closing date for primary school applications is 15 January 2024.
The results for the September 2024 primary school applications received by 15th January 2024, will be made available on primary school offer day – 17 April 2024.
Mid-Term Admissions
If you are applying to move school, please contact us to enquire about availability for places in our year groups.

- Applications and visits are welcomed and can be organised at any time of the year. Please contact the school office by telephone (0116 2393410) or email admin@kmprimary.leics.sch.uk
- You will receive a written response to your application within 15 school days
If there are no places available in your required year group(s)and you would still like to apply, please complete the above application form. If your application is refused, please follow our appeals process below.

Our appeals are managed by Leicester Diocesan Board of Education (DBE).
