Positive Parenting Programme 

The Triple P -Positive Parenting Programme is a parenting and family support system designed to help children to realise their potential. Triple P fits the needs of every family, whether they are struggling with temper tantrums or sleep patterns, parents in conflict with their child or each other, or have children with additional needs, including those struggling with their mental health. It equips parents with the skills and confidence they need to be able to manage any family issue. It is successful in improving behavioural problems and focusses on parenting strategies to develop positive relationships, attitudes and conduct. There are different programmes to support children aged 0-16 years. 
 

 

Heads up

Supporting families through life's challenges 

Heads Up can help young people, and their parents with challenging behaviour and conflict, low mood and depression, worry and anxiety, low self confidence and low self esteem. They also help young parents (under 25) and they're parenting journey from pregnancy through to their child turning two years old. They provide support for people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Providing groups in community venues or online.

Action for children 

Action for children can help with fostering and adoption, parenting support and local services.

In our place provides online courses dedicated to improving emotional health and wellbeing in parents, children, teenagers, adults and grandparents.
